Wash, peel and cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise, scoop out the part with the seeds with a spoon, and cut the rest at random.
Cut the melted cheese into small pieces, wash and saturate the dill, peel and grate the garlic.
Using a blender, puree the cucumbers together with the melted cheese, dill and garlic. Then pour the cream, season with salt, pepper and stir.
Divide the summer soup into bowls and decorate the portions with slices of fresh cucumber and dill sprigs.
