Gabriela Tsulin is a young woman, full of energy, enough for a hundred people. She does countless things and knows how to express herself. He manages to involve everyone in his mission and make him look at life through a different prism - more artistic, healthier, more meaningful. It is important for her to give her body the best, prove it through her great appearance, health and strength she has. She is also an artist at heart, she knows how to create and show the world through her eyes. This can be seen in the photos, which, as she says, show her vision of things.

Tell us more about yourself, what do you do outside of cooking?

Outside of cooking, I do many different things. In addition to going to work, like most women, I also do product photography, Facebook and Instagram marketing.

I play sports every day, I walk at least ten thousand steps a day, I read a lot of books, I create various things like do it yourself / decoupage, painting, sewing, gluing /, I write, I go to seminars and I take care of the household.

It is important not to limit ourselves to one role if our aspiration is to develop. It is very important for me to be as useful as possible - with the good and bad experiences that I have gained over time and continue to accumulate.

Your blog features exceptional photos, and many people make an effort to present their plate beautifully. What do we need to know to take a good picture of your meal? Is there a demand for food photographers in Bulgaria?

The photos I take are entirely inspired by the people who look at them, who follow me and who are part of my daily life - both real and virtual. I don't do anything different from people taking pictures with a phone, for example. I just present things through my prism.

Definitely there has been a widespread development of photography in the last few years and that is why social networks are partly to blame.

I also shoot a lot for clients, some of whom I have been working with for years. I receive several inquiries every day, but my physical condition does not allow me to work with all of them. One must be sparing! I choose my clients carefully, and they have probably chosen me among all the others.

Your blog is focused on healthy eating. What provokes you to run away from the traditional diet of Bulgarians and look for alternative and healthy recipes?

I have a special attitude towards healthy food, which manifested itself when I started exercising.

All my life I have had respect for food because I grew up in a house with the aroma of home-made delicacies. I consume healthy foods in an effort to maintain a healthy mind and a healthy body. Healthy food has become a panacea for me and I am constantly looking for it!

Why is it important to eat healthy and most of all, how to teach our children to give up shiny packaging and prefer healthy homemade chips?

I think that teaching an adult child to eat healthily is a very difficult task that requires our most convincing skills and the most appropriate words to get them to eat healthy food.

For those who are just getting to know the world around them, namely babies, it is easier. It's easier because they literally "copy" what they see from their parents. That is why I think that teaching a child to eat healthily should start at an early age.

What advice can you give to people who want to eat healthily but fail? You know that often, despite the desire, it doesn't seem to work. People who promote healthy eating often use phrases such as "replace chips with vegetable sticks", "eat an apple for breakfast", etc. Yes, but people are looking for something closer to their way of life so far. Is there a way to make this happen?

Apply diligence and perseverance daily and you will have long-term results that, believe me, will not just evaporate.

Don't rely on someone to tell you how to start eating healthy and which way to go is the right one. Realize your body's need for healthy food! Awareness of our needs is the basis for achieving balance. Balance, in turn, is important for a healthy attitude towards our body and soul. Listening to the signals they give us is the path to a sensible and healthy existence.

Your blog has a balance between sweet and savory recipes. Where is your passion - in confectionery or do you prefer salty foods?

I have no definite preferences. I listen to my body. Sometimes I can say that my favorite foods are sweet, and other times - salty. At the moment - balanced, and sweet and salty.

Do you travel a lot, are you looking for culinary inspiration from the countries you visit? Is there a place that has really influenced you from a culinary point of view?

I love to travel and get to know different cultures and cuisines. I'm not looking for culinary inspiration from the countries I visit, it only finds me at a certain moment.

The only place that has influenced me from a culinary point of view is Greece!

I wish your readers to be healthy and good. With a balanced diet, physical condition and good thoughts and feelings you will achieve miracles with your life!
