How To Cook Cupcake With Liquid Filling Of Dulce De Leche - Recipe

Required products :

for the filling:

  • 1/4 cup dulce de leche
  • 1 tablespoon butter at room temperature

for cupcakes:

  • 2/3 tea cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter at room temperature
  • 1/3 tea cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup dulce de leche
  • 2 eggs at room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method of preparation :

Stir in the butter and dulce de leche until well combined.

Make 4 equal large drops on a baking tray and leave for at least 30 minutes in the freezer to harden.

Prepare 4 bowls (the ones you use for caramel cream) and grease them with butter and sprinkle with sugar.

Sift the flour, salt and baking powder into a bowl.

Using a high mixer, beat the sugar with the butter until light and fluffy. Add dulce de leche and continue to stir to combine. Add the eggs (one at a time), finally add the vanilla. Reduce the speed of the mixer and pour in the dry ingredients.

Divide the dough between the prepared bowls. Using a spoon, make small tops in the center of each bowl of dough, and place the frozen dulce de leche on top.

Place the bowls in a pan to make it convenient for you to place and remove from the oven and bake them at 180 degrees for about 23-25 ​​minutes.

Turn the cupcakes on a plate and serve.
