Required products :

1.5 teaspoons flour
50 grams sugar
100 grams butter
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder

For cream:

150 grams of cottage cheese
2 eggs
2 tablespoons sour cream (can liquid)
50 grams of sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 teaspoons of semolina

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the baking powder to the flour.
Mix the butter with the flour and egg combination. Stir. You need to get a soft elastic dough that retains its shape.
If it is too thin, add some more flour.

Make the cream by beating the eggs with the sugar, including the vanilla. Add the cottage cheese, semolina and cream. Stir well.
Distribute evenly small balls of dough in silicone or paper muffin tins, with no more than 1/3 of the volume of the dishes to be filled.

Fill a pastry syringe with cottage cheese cream and make "hats" for future cupcakes, but again do not fill the whole forms.

Bake for 25 minutes in the oven, which you previously heated to 160 degrees.

Enjoy your meal!
