Required products :

6 fresh peaches
250 grams of flour
3 tablespoons starch
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 eggs
1 1/4 teaspoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80 milliliters of vegetable oil

Divide the eggs into whites and yolks into two bowls. Beat the egg whites with 5 tablespoons of powdered sugar until you get "hard tops".

Add the remaining powdered sugar to the yolks and beat well. Then pour in the oil and milk, stirring constantly. Once the mixture is homogeneous, add the egg whites. Mix thoroughly and divide the dough into muffin tins, which should take up 2/3 of the volume of the dish.
Put half an apricot on the dough in each form. Of course, you must first clean the fruit from the stones, wash and dry.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
