Necessary products:

4 sec. l. butter

80 grams of powdered sugar

3 eggs

2 tsp instant coffee

120 grams of bitter chocolate

6 s. l. flour

pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Take 4 ceramic bowls with a capacity of 180-200 ml, grease them with oil and sprinkle with powdered sugar on the bottom and walls. Beat the eggs, add sugar, salt and coffee. Mix everything thoroughly for 3-4 minutes. Mix the chocolate with the butter and melt in a water bath, stirring. When the mixture cools, add the eggs and coffee to it. Add the flour and stir (no lumps should form). Carefully distribute the dough in the bowls. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. If you keep them for a long time, the filling will not be liquid.
