Necessary products:

  • 1 kg of meat of your choice
  • 3 onions
  • 1 orange
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grated yellow cheese (medium hardness)
  • 60 g (12 pieces) mozzarella cheese
  • 4 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • salt, sugar, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

Finely chop the onion and meat and fry them over high heat in the mixed oil and butter, add salt, sugar, pepper. Five minutes later, add the juice squeezed from the orange, reduce the temperature and simmer for about 30 minutes. Before removing from the heat, add the tomato puree and bring to a boil. Then grind the meat using a meat grinder or blender.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar, salt, pepper and flour. Mix well and mix with the resulting meat puree. Grate the yellow cheese and add it. Stir well again.

Take the cake tins (for muffins), grease with butter and fill them halfway with the mixture. Put a piece of mozzarella in the middle and add the puree. Grease with oil and put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. The cupcakes will swell a little and turn red.

The warm appetizer is ready. You can serve with sour cream and pickles sprinkled with Parmesan cheese. It turns out very tasty.
