Required products :
350 grams of minced meat
1 onion
140 grams of canned corn
2 eggs
2 1/4 teaspoons flour (cup with a volume of 230 milliliters)
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon grated cheese
1 teaspoon spoon chopped parsley
salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :
Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees, grease the bottoms of 12 muffin tins with oil.
Put the minced meat in a suitable bowl and add the finely chopped onion and parsley, corn, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Mix well.
In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, pour the milk, oil and mix thoroughly. Then add the flour, baking soda, a pinch of salt and knead a soft dough.
Using a spoon, distribute it in the tins, and it should fill 1/4 of their volume. Put a little of the minced meat on the dough, dough again and sprinkle with grated yellow cheese.
Bake the cupcakes in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. They should turn golden. Serve warm.
