How To Cook Cupcakes With Minced Meat And Yellow Cheese With Topping - Recipe

Required products :

  • 350 grams of minced meat (mixture or your choice)
  • 50 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon semolina
  • 2-3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sour cream
  • 1 onion (or less)
  • ground pepper (red and black)
  • ground coriander
  • left

From the indicated quantities of products 6 cupcakes are obtained.


Method of preparation :

Finely chop the onion.

Mix it with the minced meat.

Add a spoonful of semolina.

Add salt, pepper, maybe other spices you like. Mix everything well.

Grate the yellow cheese.

Beat the eggs together with the sour cream and season to taste.

Divide the minced meat into muffin tins and make indentations in the middle of the mixture.

Distribute the egg-cream combination there.

Bake at 180-200 degrees in the oven.

It takes 40-45 minutes to be ready, as 10 minutes before, sprinkle with cheese. An option is to add it to the filling.
