Required products :

  • 50 grams of butter
  • 180 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of kefir or light yogurt
  • 50 grams of green and pitted black olives
  • 100 grams of fresh goat cheese
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper

 

Method of preparation :

While you make the dough, turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

Melt the butter, cool it and then mix with the milk and eggs.

Add baking powder, spices and parmesan to the sifted flour. Pour the egg-milk combination and stir.

Cut the black and green olives into circles, add them to the dough, then add the shredded goat cheese. Stir well.

Divide the dough into silicone muffin tins (if you use others, grease the inside first) and bake for 20 minutes in the already hot oven.

Once the cupcakes are ready, take them out to cool on a wire rack.
