Necessary products:

  • 5 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons mustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoon fenugreek
  • 1 link curry leaves
  • 30 grams of ginger
  • 3 onions
  • red pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 6 tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 chili peppers
  • coconut milk (box)

 

Method of preparation:

Pour the oil into a saucepan and simmer. Add mustard seeds, fenugreek and a handful of curry leave to it. First, clean the hot peppers from the seeds and cut them into thin strips, and then pour them into the pot. Grate the ginger, chop the onion, add them. It's time for red pepper and turmeric.
