Method of preparation :
Rinse and drain the lentils.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the onions until soft. Add the garlic and after a minute add the curry paste. After another 1 minute, add the lentils and chickpeas.
Pour the coconut milk and fill the bowl with water.
Boil for 30 minutes, until the lentils are ready.
Finally add the spinach. Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Serve with flat Arabic bread.
