Necessary products:

 

  • 2 eggs
  • 130 grams of sour cream
  • 175 grams of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 60 grams of cocoa powder
  • 115 grams of soft butter
  • 200 grams of ripe bananas

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the eggs, sugar, cream in a bowl and beat until smooth. In another bowl, put all the dry ingredients and combine the mixtures. Stir until you get a smooth, thick cream.

 

Add the mashed bananas mixed with the melted butter and stir until the products are combined.
