Required products :

  • 300 grams of dark chocolate

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate in a water bath by placing it in a fireproof bowl on boiling water - the water should not reach the bottom of the bowl!

Divide the eggs into egg whites - beat the egg whites in the snow until they become a fluffy cream with soft tips.

Separate 1/2 cup of melted chocolate, and combine the rest with the yolks (wait a while for the chocolate to cool). Add the egg whites in portions, stirring to obtain a homogeneous mixture.

Turn the oven to 200 degrees and grease a small cake pan with a diameter of 20 centimeters. Pour the chocolate mixture into it and bake for about 10 minutes.

Cool briefly and remove the chocolate bar from the pan.

Heat the melted chocolate again, if necessary, and mix with olive oil. Pour the resulting mixture over the cake, refrigerate for 10 minutes and serve.
