How To Cook Delicate Pork Chops With Garlic And Parsley - Recipe

Required products :

  • 4 pork chops with bone
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 small onions, peeled

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the garlic, olive oil and parsley in a blender and mash until finely chopped.
  • Transfer the parsley paste to a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Stir.
  • Lightly thin the steaks with a meat hammer and spread the mixture on both sides.
  • Transfer them to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours to marinate.
  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and move the grill to the bottom.
  • Remove the steaks from the oven and let them stand at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium heat and roast the pork chops on one side for about 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Transfer them to a pan with the cooked side down and sprinkle with the separated sauces in the pan.
  • Spread the remaining parsley-garlic paste and peeled onions and bake for 13-15 minutes.
  • Remove the prepared pork chops in a large plate and sprinkle with the remaining sauce in the pan.
  • Cover loosely with aluminum foil and let them rest for about 5 minutes.
  • Serve them warm, garnished with chopped fresh parsley.
