How To Cook Delicate Ribs In A Sauce Of Dark Beer, Wine And Honey - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of pork ribs
  • 200 milliliters of dark beer
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt, pepper and cumin to taste
  • 2 tablespoons red wine
  • a few sprigs of rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric

 

Method of preparation:


Cut the ribs and put them in a saucepan. Pour 2-3 teaspoons of water, boil and remove the foam. Save half of the broth, strain and dry the meat. In a saucepan, mix the beer, honey, lemon juice, salt, pepper, cumin, wine and turmeric.

Stir the mixture until homogeneous, wait for it to boil and pour about a tea cup of broth. Let the sauce simmer on low heat until it thickens, add the ribs and stew for 10 minutes. Serve the dish warm, sprinkled with fresh rosemary.
