Necessary products

For the dough:

110 grams of dark chocolate

1/3 tea cup cream

1 teaspoon crushed biscuits

For decorating:

1/3 tea cup crushed chocolate biscuits

1/3 tea cup powdered sugar

24 ordinary small dragees (for eyes)

25 grams of almonds cut into strips

12 strips of red jam

Method of preparation:

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with the cream. Add 1 cup of crushed chocolate chip cookies, stir, cover the dish and refrigerate for 1-2 hours. From the resulting mixture make oval shapes, narrowing one end (there will be a mouse snout). For each mouse you will need about 1 tablespoon of dough. To make white animals, roll the base in powdered sugar, and for brown - in chocolate crumbs. Put dragee eyes, almond leaf ears and tails of marmalade strips. Put them in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Enjoy your meal!
