Necessary products:
2 sausages
2 eggs
yellow cheese and parsley - to sprinkle if desired
vegetables for decoration
spices of your choice
Method of preparation:
Cut the sausages lengthwise, but not to the end. Shape hearts out of them using toothpicks to secure them. Bake or fry lightly on one side and turn on the other. Then knock 1 egg in each "heart" and bake until done. Before serving, cut the egg that has gone out of shape. You can sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and parsley, also ketchup, if you like. Place on a plate and garnish with various figurines made from vegetables, for example.
