Necessary products:

200 grams of cheese

2 tomatoes

2 sweet peppers

1 onion

2 eggs

left

pepper

parsley

oil

Method of preparation:

Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in hot oil until golden brown. Cut the tomatoes and peppers (cleaned of seeds) into the same cubes, add them to the onion. Add the spices, but do not overdo it with salt, because the cheese is salty. When the peppers soften, add the shredded cheese and raw eggs to the vegetables. Stir and sprinkle with chopped parsley. You can fry for a few minutes in the same pan and the mish-mash is ready, or you can pour the mixture into a ceramic dish and put in the oven for 5-7 minutes. When the eggs are baked, the dish is ready.

Enjoy your meal!
