Necessary ingredients

  • 3 1/2 tsp. diced potatoes
  • 1/3 tsp celery, cut into cubes
  • 1/3 tsp onion, finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp diced ham
  • 3 1/4 tsp. water
  • 2 tbsp. chicken broth on granules
  • 1/2 tsp Sol
  • 1 tsp white or black pepper
  • 5 tbsp. butter
  • 5 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp milk
 
Method of preparation

Take a large enough pot and pour in the potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water. Bring to the boil, then leave on medium heat until the potatoes are soft. Add the broth, salt and pepper to the pan.

Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add the flour and mix with a fork until a thick mixture is obtained. Then slowly pour out the milk. Stir to avoid lumps.

Leave on the stove for another 4-5 minutes, stirring all the time. Remove from the heat and pour into the pan. Cook the soup until well heated. Serve while still warm. Enjoy your meal!
