Necessary products:

250 g of cottage cheese

100 g of walnuts

150 g of dried apricots

50 ml of cognac

150 ml cream with a fat content of 35%

100 g of sugar

2 eggs

Method of preparation:

Wash the apricots, put them in a bowl and pour the cognac over them. Stir and leave for 2 hours. Then grind them to a puree with the liquid and 50 g of sugar.

Roast the walnuts in a dry pan for 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, let cool and grind them (to get large crumbs).

Pass the curd through a sieve and mix it with the cream.

Mix the eggs with the remaining sugar until completely dissolved. Add the mixture to the curd and mix thoroughly.

Take suitable cups, put in them a layer of cottage cheese, walnuts, apricot puree, sprinkle with walnuts again. Put the dessert in a steamer for 20 minutes and that's it.
