Required products :
250 grams of almonds
250 grams of hazelnuts
250 grams of honey
250 grams of sugar
5 egg whites
ground cinnamon to taste
Method of preparation :
Fry the almonds, peel them, then roast with the hazelnuts, stirring constantly. Grind the prepared nuts with a blender. Beat the egg whites to form a thick foam, add to the nuts and stir until a thick mixture is obtained.
Mix the sugar and honey in a suitable bowl and melt over low heat. Add the combination of egg whites and nuts and heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.
Cover the bottom of a shallow porcelain dish with rice paper and distribute the resulting mixture evenly. When cool, sprinkle with cinnamon and cut into pieces.
