Required products :

500 grams of dried figs

200 grams of crushed walnuts

3 tablespoons rice

4 - 5 cloves

2 teaspoons sugar

2 teaspoons water

50 grams of butter

whipped cream to serve

Method of preparation :

Pour hot water over the dried figs and leave for 15 - 20 minutes. When they soften, dissolve them.

Boil the rice and drain it from the water. Crush the walnuts and add 3 tablespoons of sugar to them. Mix with the rice and stir.

Fill the figs with the walnut filling and arrange them in a saucepan.

With the remaining sugar, boil the syrup, put the cloves.

Pour half of the syrup over the figs and cook for 40-45 minutes on low heat. Then transfer the figs to a suitable pan, pour the remaining syrup, put the butter and place the dessert in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Leave the finished temptation to cool and serve with whipped cream.
