Required products :
1 well-ripened paradise apple
1 orange
150 grams mascarpone
7-9 biscuits of your choice
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground coffee
Method of preparation :
Peel an orange, squeeze the juice and save the rest of the flesh.
Peel a paradise apple.
Boil the coffee in a pot, sweeten it with 1 teaspoon of sugar and put some of the grated orange peel. Leave for a while to simmer, then strain.
Grind the biscuits, you should get large crumbs.
Mix the paradise apple with the squeezed part of the citrus, add the grated peel, mascarpone, sweeten with the remaining sugar and pour the juice.
Beat everything until you get a cream. Distribute half in suitable bowls or cups, followed by a layer of crushed biscuits, which is poured with brewed aromatic coffee. Finish with cream.
Sprinkle the dessert with biscuit crumbs and serve.
