How To Cook Dessert Of Prunes With Cream, Walnuts And Chocolate - Recipe

Required products :
 
200 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 35%
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar
70 grams of pitted prunes
50 grams of walnuts
grated chocolate for decoration
 
Method of preparation :
 
Fill the plums with warm water and let them stand for a while to soften. Then drain them from the liquid and cut into pieces.
 
Lightly roast the walnuts in a dry pan (without fat), peel them and grind.
 
Beat the cream with the powdered sugar until you get a stable foam.
 
It remains to "assemble" the dessert, alternating layers of the products thus prepared in suitable bowls or cups: cream, prunes, walnuts, cream again and so on until the quantities are exhausted.
 
Sprinkle the dessert with crushed walnuts and grated chocolate and refrigerate briefly.
