Required products :
500 grams of puff pastry
500 grams of frozen cherries
For topping:
300 grams of sour cream (fat content 25%)
200 grams of condensed milk
1 tablespoon sugar
Method of preparation :
Make puff pastry rolls in which to distribute the frozen cherries. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
When cool, pour a mixture of sour cream and condensed milk, which sweeten with a spoonful of sugar.
If you want the cake to be more interesting in appearance, you can shape it like a pyramid.
