Required products :

  • 5 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tasteless cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon almond flour
  • 1/3 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons chilled butter
  • 2/3 tea cup gluten-free oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup sliced ​​almonds (or crushed)

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease a rectangular ceramic pan with a little fat of your choice.

Sprinkle the peaches with the starch and add half the sugar. Stir and pour into the pan.

Combine almond flour, cinnamon, brown sugar, salt and other white sugar. Rub the butter into this mixture with your fingers and add the oats and almonds.
