1 banana
2 bunches of parsley
2 large carrots
1 small lemon
Method of preparation :
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and carrots. Using a blender, beat the banana, parsley and the resulting juice. A smoothie with a uniform consistency should be obtained. If the cocktail is too thick, pour a little water.
