How To Cook Detoxifying Cucumber Smoothie With Ginger And Mint - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Detoxifying cucumber smoothie with ginger and mint". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 cucumber, peeled and cut into large pieces
  • 6-8 lettuce leaves
  • 1 teaspoon coconut water
  • 1 lime, freshly squeezed
  • 1 piece of fresh ginger, about 2-3 inches
  • 1 bunch fresh mint

For garnish :

  • slices of lime
  • fresh mint leaves

Method of preparation :

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the detoxifying smoothie into glasses and garnish with slices of lime and fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve the healthy drink and enjoy it.
