How To Cook Dietary Cottage Cheese Casserole With Tomatoes And Parmesan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of cottage cheese (skimmed)
  • 4 eggs
  • 20-30 grams of parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 50 milliliters of skim milk
  • 1-2 tomatoes (about 120 grams)
  • salt and dry spices to taste (dill, onion, celery)

 

Method of preparation :

Turn on the oven to preheat to 200 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese with the eggs, add the parmesan (grated) and add salt to taste.

Dissolve the starch separately in the milk, which is then poured into the resulting dough.

Distribute the latter in a form with a diameter of about 20 centimeters (it is best to use silicone, if you do not have one, grease with oil and sprinkle with semolina, bran or rusks another dish).

Arrange tomato rings on the surface and sprinkle with spices and a little salt.
