How To Cook Dip Of Green Olives With Lemon And Oregano - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 can of green olives (pitted and liquidless)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon peel (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram / oregano or basil
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • fresh white bread to serve

 

Method of preparation :

Pour the pitted green olives (without the liquid) into the bowl of a blender. Add the lemon zest and juice, add the dried oregano (you can replace it with basil), pour 5 tablespoons of olive oil and beat all the ingredients until pasty.

Serve the finished dip with fresh white bread.
