Required products :

  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup dried tomatoes
  • 220 grams of cream cheese
  • 120 grams of mayonnaise
  • black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Fry the bacon until browned and crispy - about 4 minutes on each side. Transfer it to paper to drain the fat. Cool completely.

Mash the garlic or grate it.

Finely chop the dried tomatoes, add the garlic to them. If you have a food processor, you can grind the products with 2-3 pulsations to combine. If you do not have such a device, you can mash them in a mortar to get the consistency of a paste, or mash with a fork.

Add the cream and mayonnaise, combine again. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.

Finely chop the bacon and add it to the mixture, season with black pepper.

Transfer the dip to a small pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Serve with crackers, lettuce or vegetables.
