Do you like corn? Do you like yellow cheese? Do you like to dip pieces of bread in yellow delicacies! Well, there's nothing more to talk about, let's get started! :)

Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 6 cobs of corn or 2 cans of 400 grams, drained
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped chives
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 220 grams of cream cheese, cut into cubes
  • 2 1/2 tea cups grated parmesan
  • 1/4 teaspoon parmesan

Method of preparation :

Melt the butter in a pan with a fireproof handle and fry the onion in it for 5 minutes until soft. Add the corn, garlic, chives and thyme. When they release their aroma, add the flour. Stir and after 30 seconds pour the milk.

Wait for the liquid to boil, then add the cream cheese, 2 cups of cheddar, part of the parmesan. Stir to dissolve the cream cheese and sprinkle with the remaining Parmesan cheese.

Transfer to a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for about 20 minutes.

When the dip acquires a golden crust and the cheeses melt, serve.

Before serving, garnish with a little hot pepper, more chives and parmesan.
