Goat cheese is probably the most delicious and widespread cheese. It is easy to find and the recipes with it are countless. You can use dip with sun-dried tomatoes for sandwiches, serve it with vegetables or as a snack.

Required products :

  • 1/2 tea cup dried tomatoes in olive oil
  • 120 grams of soft goat cheese
  • 2 teaspoons roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 can of 400 grams of canned beans - white and red, drained
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • salt and pepper

Method of preparation :

Drain the tomatoes, keeping 2 teaspoons of the olive oil in which they were. Cut them into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine the olive oil from the tomatoes, goat cheese, sesame seeds and garlic. Add beans, tomatoes and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Mash the beans or blend the dip.

Serve dip with sun-dried tomatoes and toast.
