Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon raw porridge
  • 6 hot red peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 stalk of lemon grass, finely chopped
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • finely grated bark of 2 limes
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 220 grams of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander (leaves and stems)

Method of preparation :

Grind the cashews into small pieces. Transfer it to a bowl.

Grind the hot pepper with the onion, lemongrass, garlic, lemon juice and salt until a thick paste is obtained. Transfer to a bowl.

Heat the fat in a pan and add the minced cashews, fry it for 4-6 minutes until golden. Pour the pasta with peppers and cook for 3 minutes. Add the tomato paste and stir, after 2 minutes add the tomatoes and a little water. Scrape off any residue on the bottom and stir. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until the tomatoes fall apart.

Serve dip with fresh vegetables and boiled eggs.
