Serve this creamy dip with tahini and yogurt with a garnish of baby carrots, sliced ​​radishes or triangles of wholemeal pie. The cooking time is no more than 10 minutes.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice + more to taste
  • 1 head of garlic, chopped
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped

for garnish (optional):

  • baby carrots
  • wholemeal pie
  • radishes

Method of preparation :

Mix in a medium bowl the tahini, lemon juice, garlic and salt and mix until smooth. Add the yoghurt, coriander and, if desired, more lemon juice. Stir and transfer to a serving bowl.

* If the tahini you use is thick, you can homogenize the mixture with a blender or in a food processor.
