How To Cook Divine Cake With Buttermilk, Apples And Walnuts - Recipe

Necessary products

 

For the marshes:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2/3 tea cup sour cream
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

 

For cream:

  • 200 grams of uncooked condensed milk
  • 200 grams of butter
  • 3 apples
  • 1 cup walnuts

Method of preparation :

Beat the butter with the sugar, adding the eggs one by one. Then add the cream and flour with the baking soda. Mix thoroughly and divide the mixture into 2 parts.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Grease a form with a diameter of about 20 - 22 centimeters with oil, sprinkle with flour, pour half of the dough and bake for 30 - 35 minutes. Bake the second loaf in the same way. Allow to cool.

 

Creams.

Beat the butter, gradually adding the condensed milk.

Grind the walnuts. Peel the apples, remove the core with the seeds, grate the fruit finely and mix with the walnuts.

When the countertops cool, cut each of them in half to get 4 pieces. as the lower halves should be about 1 - 1.5 cm thick, and the upper parts make crumbs. You can mix the crumbs with half of the cream so that they do not scatter.

 

Next is the assembly of the cake.

Put one loaf for the dessert base in a suitable dish, spread with cream, spread half of the apple-walnut mixture, half of the crumbs on them.

Repeat the procedure and finish with the combination of crumbs and cream. Pour chocolate glaze on the surface or sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Leave the cake to stand overnight, after which you can enjoy the delicate taste.
