Necessary products:

 

  • 2 eggs
  • 300 grams of scalded dock
  • 2 green onion stalks
  • 3-4 stalks of fresh mint
  • 150-200 grams of mashed potatoes
  • 100 grams of grated mozzarella
  • 2-3 tablespoons flour
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl put finely chopped dock, green onions and mint. Add salt and pepper. Add the cheese, eggs and mashed potatoes.

 

Stir the mixture and form meatballs.

 

Heat the fat and fry them. Drain, arrange on a plate, serve warm, garnished with tomato sauce.
