Required products :

1 kg of dogwood
1,200 kg of sugar
300 milliliters of water
150 grams of honey
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Method of preparation :

Clean and wash the fruit. Pour them into a colander, put for 2-3 minutes in boiling water, then rinse under cold running water.
Make a syrup by mixing water and sugar. Bring to a boil and pour over the fruit. Leave them in the sweet liquid for 4-5 hours.
Then put the dish on the stove, remove the foam formed during cooking. Stir periodically. 10 minutes from the beginning of cooking add honey and lemon juice. The jam should be cooked for another 10-15 minutes and you can now distribute it in jars. Leave them open for a day, during which time a layer will form on the surface.
When this happens, close with plain plastic lids and store the jam in the cold.
