Required products :

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 5-6 teaspoons of flour
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 10 grams of vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • a cube of yeast

for the glaze:

80 milliliters of confectionery cream

1 box of dulce de leche (397 grams)

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla, salt, melt the butter and add to the mixture. Mix the yeast in the warmed milk, combine the liquids, stir and add the flour. Knead and leave the dough to rise. Roll out a crust 5 millimeters thick, cut into circles and leave to double in volume when warm. Fry in an oil bath and drain on kitchen paper.

Whip the confectionery cream and add the dulce de leche, stir until the products are mixed, glaze or fill the donuts with a syringe.
