Required products :

  • 700 grams of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 teaspoons fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 10 grams of may (dry)
  • pinch of salt
  • a pinch of vanilla
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 400 grams of condensed milk

Method of preparation :

Heat two cups of milk and add yeast, a pinch of salt, a spoonful of sugar and a little vanilla. Stir and then beat the two eggs in the mixture. Beat and add 500 grams of flour, which you sift before. Knead the dough, leave it for an hour or two in a warm place (the exact time depends on the room temperature).

While it is rising, start making the cream.

Mix the third glass of fresh milk with the condensed milk. Add the remaining flour and beat well. Place the pan on the hob and stir until the cream thickens.

The dough will have already risen, roll it out no thicker than a centimeter and cut circles with a cup or mold for small cakes.

Turn the clippings into a ball, which you also roll out and make circles out of.

When the cream has cooled, spread a little (about 1 teaspoon, the amount depends on the size of the base) of it on each circle of dough that you flattened slightly. Close the filling, forming donuts.

Fry them in hot oil on both sides. The fat should cover them in half.

Press them lightly to fry better.

Once a crust has formed, remove them on paper to absorb excess fat (the amount of which you need to monitor and maintain during heat treatment).

Have a good time!
