Required products :

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup of yogurt / high fat /
  • 1 3/4 tea cups flour, sifted
  • 1/4 tea cup powdered sugar
  • 20 grams of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • powdered sugar and cinnamon for rolling
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the yoghurt and butter.
  • Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the egg mixture. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
  • Fry the donuts in a deep pan over high heat, the oil should be at least 6 cm deep.
  • Scoop out the dough with a spoon and fry evenly until golden brown on both sides.
  • In a large bowl, mix the powdered sugar with the cinnamon to roll.
  • Remove the donuts from the pan with a slotted spoon, shake gently to drain off excess fat and immediately roll them in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Serve the donuts with liquid chocolate, jam, cheese or anything else of your choice.
