How To Cook Double Chocolate Brownie With Crispy Crust - Recipe

Required products :

  • 200 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of dark chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 200 grams of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cover the bottom and walls of a rectangular shape with baking paper.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until a smooth cream forms.
  • In a medium bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  • Add the vanilla extract, chocolate mixture, flour, cocoa and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Pour it into the prepared form and bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the cake.
  • Allow the chocolate brownie to cool completely before cutting and serving.
