Required products :

  • 190 grams of granulated sugar
  • 150 grams of protein
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar
  • 2.5 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 150 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 30%
  • 1/4 stick of vanilla
  • 25 grams of condensed milk
  • 25 grams of milk powder
  • 300 milliliters of fresh milk
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation :

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, but you should not get a thick foam. Slowly add 150 grams of granulated sugar and beat at high speed for about 2 minutes until the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.

Mix the powdered sugar and cocoa, add them to the protein mixture and mix thoroughly. Pour the dry ingredients gradually (in portions of 1/3, approximately).

Cover the bottom of the pan with baking paper and with the help of a pastry syringe form kisses with a diameter of about 4 cm. Bake them in a preheated oven to 110 degrees for about an hour, placing the dish on the middle level.

Allow the finished kisses to cool to room temperature.

During this time, prepare the milk cream with which you will glue them two by two. To do this, mix the cream, the three types of milk, the remaining 40 grams of granulated sugar in a saucepan and mix everything thoroughly. Put a piece of vanilla in the mixture and put everything on a moderate heat. When it boils, reduce the heat and continue to cook until the amount remains 300 milliliters.

Cool the finished cream first to room temperature, then store in the refrigerator.

All you have to do is blind the sweets when the cream is ready.

Enjoy your meal!
