Necessary products

 

For the biscuits:

275 grams of flour

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

125 grams of butter

1 egg

125 grams of fine crystal sugar

40 - 60 milliliters of fresh milk

 

For ice cream:

425 grams of ready-made milk-egg cream

150 milliliters of high-fat cream

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

powdered sugar to taste

 

For the stuffing:

450 grams of ripe berries

175 milliliters of water

125 grams of sugar

 

Method of preparation :

Make the ice cream first. To do this, add the vanilla extract and whipped cream to the finished cream (whisk until a "soft tip" is obtained). Then add the powdered sugar.

Pour the mixture into a suitable container and store in the freezer to freeze (for about 2-3 hours).

The biscuits follow. Beat the butter with the sugar until you get a fluffy cream, add the egg, then the flour with the baking powder. Start pouring the milk into small pieces and knead a soft dough. Put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, then roll it out in the form of a circle 0.3 cm thick. Take a round shape with a diameter of 7.5 cm with its help cut 16 rounds of dough. Make a small round hole in the middle of half of them.

Arrange all the circles in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow them to cool.

It's time for the stuffing. Pour the water into the pot, add the peeled strawberries, pour the sugar and stew everything until the fruit softens (they should become very soft). Remove the pan from the heat, close it with a lid. Let the filling cool and pass it through a sieve. Bring the resulting puree to a boil and simmer until a sufficiently thick syrup is obtained, which should then cool completely.

Take the ice cream out of the freezer (or chamber), put it in the fridge and wait for it to soften.

Spread each whole cookie first with a thick layer of ice cream, followed by the strawberry filling. Close with cookies with holes. Thus assembled, put in the freezer for 10 minutes. When removed, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with strawberry syrup.
