Required products :

100 grams of corn flour
200 grams of wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
200 grams butter
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
100 grams powdered sugar
poppy seeds to taste

For the cream:
60 grams of halva
60 grams of butter

Preparation :
Knead the softened butter, mix it with powdered sugar and egg yolk, then add both types of flour, baking powder. Make dough, divide it into two equal parts. Add cocoa to one and maca to the other. Form small balls from the different mixtures.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Cover the bottom of a suitable tray with parchment and arrange the balls. Press them with a fork and bake until they turn red (orient yourself to the lighter ones).
Meanwhile, make the cream by mixing the halva with the butter. Stir until smooth.
Wait for the finished cookies to cool a bit and glue them two by two with the resulting cream, using both types.
