Learn how to cook "Double vanilla cookies with chocolate cream". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
170 grams of butter
300 grams of powdered sugar
6 proteins
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lemon juice
180 grams of flour
100 milliliters of liquid cream with a fat content of 35%
150 grams of chocolate
Method of preparation :
Beat the butter with the powdered sugar. Add the egg whites, vanilla extract, lemon juice and beat for a few minutes.
Then add the flour, beat for another minute and fill the pastry syringe with the resulting dough.
Form cookies 5 cm long in a tray, the bottom of which you have covered with parchment.
Bake them in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until golden.
Remove and allow to cool, while making the cream.
Heat the cream over low heat and add the chocolate. Stir until it melts and the mixture becomes homogeneous.
Let the cream cool a bit and stick pairs of cookies with it.
