Required products :

2 egg whites
120 grams powdered sugar (or crystals)
vanilla to taste
hazelnuts (or other nuts) to taste

Preparation :
Mix the egg whites with the sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Put the dish in a water bath and beat with a mixer (at high speed) until you get a thick and dense consistency (about 7-8 minutes).

Fill a plastic bag with the beaten egg whites and cut off one corner.
Cover the bottom of the baking tray with parchment paper and spread the white mixture on it, forming small kisses (12 pieces).
You will need about 2/3 of the mixture, the rest is used for cream.

Bake (rather dry) in the oven for 1-2 hours at a temperature of 100-120 degrees.

Then put a little of the rest of the cream on half of the kisses and glue the sweets two by two.

Crush the hazelnuts (in this case roasted) or other nuts of your choice.

Roll the finished double kisses in them, the pieces of hazelnuts will stick to the cream.

Garnish with whole hazelnuts or fresh fruit (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries ...) and you can enjoy this amazing dessert.
Enjoy your meal!
