How To Cook Dough Cupcakes With Cottage Cheese With Walnuts, Raisins And Honey - Recipe

Required products :

150 grams of cottage cheese
120 grams of flour
80 grams of butter
130 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon honey
1 packet of vanilla sugar
2 eggs
raisins and walnuts to taste
30 grams of potato starch
1 teaspoon baking powder

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the raisins with water, let them stand for a while to soften, then rinse and dry.

Melt the butter in a suitable pan, add the honey and allow the mixture to cool.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Add the curd and beat with a wire whisk.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and starch, then add the raisins and pour the dry combination to the beaten eggs with the curd. Add the butter.

Divide the dough into muffin tins and decorate with walnuts.

Bake in a preheated oven to 175 degrees until done (about 30-40 minutes, find their color).

Let cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
