How To Cook Dough For Pies With Cottage Cheese, Cream And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons high-fat natural yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon wheat flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice (to extinguish soda)

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, salt and sugar. Add the sifted flour and the soda quenched in the lemon juice.

The amount of flour is indicative, it depends on the fat content of the curd you use, so you can adjust it at the moment.

Knead the dough and divide it into 12 balls. Make pies from them, adding stuffing of your choice (both salty and sweet options are suitable).

Fry them in a large amount of vegetable oil, which you have previously heated enough.

An option is to bake the pies in the oven if you do not prefer fried foods.
